How-To

Thank you for considering consigning with us!

Select items you would like to consign. Ensure the items are clean, timeless condition. Make an appointment with us online or by phone to bring the items in. Appointments are 15-30 minutes long depending on item quantity and limited to 30 items a day.

We also have concierge services to pick up items and shipping options for non-local residents that have additional service fees associated. Visit FAQs or call for more details.

We pick, price and display your items for 90 days. We typically price items between ¼ and ½ of the retail price, depending on condition and desirability. Visit brands we love page for current customer favs.

If we accept your items for consignment, we will set the selling price and provide the terms specified in our consignment agreement. We set prices with our consignee and customer both in mind. Our payout percentage and additional consignment options can be found in our current consignment agreement.

Getting Paid!

We offer several payout options for your profits that you can choose when setting up your consignment agreement.

1. Checks- mailed out 1st day of month for total balance

2. Online options- sent out 1st day of month for total balance

Any current balance during the month can be used toward in-store purchases.

Changes to pay out option take 1 month from request to take effect and also require updated consignment agreement on file.

Our consignment agreement defines our consignment period to 90 days.

After 90 days we will reduce the price of items typically 30-50%. after 120 days we will reduce the price of items 50-70% off original set price. Consignee continues to make % of item regardless of price it sells at.

In our consignment agreement consignees have the option to pick-up unsold items after the 90 day expiration period. More details found in the FAQs and consignment agreement.

Any unsold items not claimed within 14 days or after price reduction are donated to local charities such as Dress for Success and Project 150.
